Having Phil in my corner while trying to purchase a house during a pandemic (in the middle of the hottest sellers market in history, due to extremely high demand and extremely low inventory) was absolutely one of the best real estate decisions I have ever made. Phil Olivo was very honest and forthcoming in my initial dealing with him. I live in Virginia, but my brother lives in the house. He felt very comfortable with Phil, which was critical for us going forward. Trying to sell a house remotely and during COVID-19 pandemic is a challenge. Our concerns about people visiting the house during the pandemic were handled by Phil in a manner that protected my brother. Phil and Heidi did an excellent job. They knew all the right people from whole house cleaners to a piano mover. Tree removal people, you name it, they know someone! can't brag about them enough! they got the job done and timely as well. I seriously doubt that anyone could do it better. It looked like it might take a while to find a buyer, but all in all it was pretty quick.

I originally purchased this home as a bank owned property. Phil worked extremely hard to get the house on deposit just to find out we had a title issue due to the foreclosure and Ibanez Statue prohibiting resale of foreclosed properties. Once resolved Phil once again worked his butt off to find another buyer and close the deal.

Phil Olivo made a good first impression and provided accurate information (e.g., concerning FHA loan requirements having to do with the property condition). It was many weeks later, after doing some house restoration, when I contacted Phil again to do the listing. Phil was conscientious and adhered to the highest standards regarding his fiduciary responsibilities. He guided me away from one offer that was problematical in several ways. During negotiations with the ultimate buyers, Phil again acted in my best interests, advising me in such a way that I avoided making what would have turned out to be too much in the way of a price concession. I liked the fact that both Phil and Heidi Olivo typically attended the open house events, of which there were several. Both acted very professionally.
